Jodie Buenning, the founder and principal strategist of JBS (formerly known as Jodie Pozo-Olano), played a crucial role in drafting the country's first national education technology plan, launching the E-Rate program, and laying the groundwork for advancing teaching and learning into the digital age.

Jodie’s unwavering curiosity about technological advancements and her commitment to enhancing education made her first agency, Sequoia Public Relations, the ideal partner for organizations with innovative ideas. In the early 2000s, she and her team collaborated with numerous education leaders and pioneers, including those who developed the first virtual learning programs.
